Renovar has been building in Colorado since 2009 — and in 2022, Jerrod McMahan became an owner of the company he'd helped grow.
Together with managing partner Erik Peddle, Jerrod leads a team that designs and delivers custom homes, townhome communities, remodels, and ADUs across Denver and its surrounding communities.
The company is employee-owned — a structure that shows up in the work. Project loads stay intentionally small, the owners know every active build, and one team carries each project from plan review and permits through the final walkthrough.
