Erik Peddle

Erik serves in a variety of capacities for the company from business development to strategic planning. He joined Renovar in 2022 and has 22 years of experience in construction, wilderness ministry and non-profit leadership.He began his career as a carpenter & foreman then quickly worked his way up and gained a general contractor and real estate license. Erik has flipped houses, acquired rental property, managed multimillion dollar projects, recruited and developed staff, run a successful business, brokered real estate deals and founded a non-profit to combat human trafficking. In all of this he has learned that trust is the most important currency in business and people are more important than profits.

He has a BA in Psychology from Georgia State University and graduate certificates in leadership and theology. Outside of work, Erik takes joy in mentoring men, couples and helping those in need. In his spare time he likes coaching his children’s sports teams, competing in Ironman events, skiing, mountain biking and climbing. His wife and their three children live in Highlands Ranch.
