Hail · Wind · Storm Restoration

Roofing by the team that builds the whole house.

Hail damage roof repair and storm restoration across the south Denver metro — roof, siding, gutters, and trim under one itemized contract, executed by a Colorado general contractor, not a storm-season crew.

Why Renovar

A general contractor,
not a roofing crew.

Colorado's Front Range is one of the most hail-prone places in the country, and every storm brings the same pattern: out-of-state crews flood the neighborhoods, roofs get replaced fast, and everything else the hail hit — siding, gutters, window trim, garage doors — drags on for months after the roofing crew has moved to the next storm.

Renovar approaches storm work the way we approach building homes, because building homes is what we do. We've built and remodeled across the Denver metro since 2009. When hail hits your house, we repair the house — every trade, one itemized contract, one schedule, finished together.

On the insurance side we do exactly what Colorado law allows a contractor to do, and it's the part that matters: we document the damage thoroughly, meet your adjuster on site once you've engaged us, and align the repair scope with your policy — so nothing that's damaged gets missed.

Everything the Storm Hit

What we restore.

Hail rarely stops at the shingles. One contract covers all of it — which is the difference a general contractor makes.

Roof ReplacementFull tear-off and replacement with impact-rated shingle options suited to Colorado hail country.
Roof RepairLocalized hail and wind repairs where a full replacement isn't warranted — and we'll tell you which it is.
Siding & ExteriorHail-cracked siding, fascia, and window trim repaired to match, not patched to differ.
Gutters & DownspoutsDented and detached gutter systems replaced and re-pitched correctly.
Garage & StructuresGarage doors, outbuildings, decks, and fences — the scope roofing crews leave behind.
Interior Water DamageWhere a leak got ahead of the repair: drywall, paint, and finish work to the standard we build to.

From a Homeowner

Hail restoration, start to finish.

"Renovar handled all our home repairs including roof, siding, and garage following a hail storm. Erik provided great communication through the whole process, work was done quickly, and quality top notch. By far the best company we have had handle hail repairs."

How It Works

From hail to handoff, step by step.

01

Free Inspection

We walk the roof and the full exterior and photograph everything we find. If there's no damage, that's the report — in writing.

02

Documented Scope

Damage documented with photos, itemized by trade. If a claim makes sense, this is exactly what your insurer needs to see.

03

Adjuster On Site

Once you've engaged us, we meet your adjuster at the house and walk the repair scope together, so nothing damaged gets missed.

04

Itemized Contract

Every line of work priced in writing before you sign. No "whatever insurance approves" contracts, ever.

05

Restoration

Roof, siding, gutters, trim, garage — one schedule, one team, built to the standard we build new homes to.

06

Final Walkthrough

Inspections passed, punch list closed, and a finished house — not a finished roof and a stack of loose ends.

Good to Know

Questions, answered.

How do I know if my roof has hail damage?

Usually you can't tell from the ground. Hail bruises shingles — knocking granules loose and fracturing the mat underneath — without leaving anything visible from the driveway, and the damage shows up months later as leaks. A professional inspection settles it either way, and ours is free and documented with photos.

Does homeowners insurance cover hail damage to a roof in Colorado?

In most Colorado policies, yes — hail and wind are covered perils, subject to your deductible and policy terms. Many policies give you around a year from the storm date to report damage, so a storm from earlier this season is usually still claimable. Check your own policy for its exact reporting window and deductible.

Do you help with the insurance claim?

We do what Colorado law allows a contractor to do: document the damage thoroughly with photos, and — once you've engaged us — meet your adjuster on site and walk the repair scope with them so nothing that's damaged gets missed. Filing the claim is yours; we never negotiate claims or act as a public adjuster.

Can a roofing contractor pay or waive my insurance deductible?

No. Colorado law (C.R.S. § 6-22-105) prohibits roofing contractors from paying, waiving, or rebating insurance deductibles — including advertising that they will. A contractor offering to cover your deductible is breaking state law.

What if the storm damaged more than the roof?

That's normal — hail that damages a roof usually damages siding, gutters, window trim, and garage doors too. Because Renovar is a general contractor, all of it goes under one itemized contract with one schedule, instead of a roofing crew finishing the shingles and leaving the rest to stall.

What areas do you serve for roofing and storm repair?

The south Denver metro — Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and surrounding communities. We're headquartered in Highlands Ranch and have built and remodeled homes across the metro since 2009.
