The Story
About this build.
A classic Denver bungalow brought current without losing its character. The reworked kitchen pairs custom wood cabinetry and floating shelves with stone counters and stainless appliances, opening to the dining space through the home's original arched doorways over refinished hardwood floors.
The refreshed bath adds a fully tiled walk-in shower and new vanity — a tight, well-executed update that lets a century-old home live like a new one.
